  • Recommendation:

    That South Huron Committee of Adjustment approves the Agenda as presented.

  • Recommendation:

    That South Huron Committee of the Whole receives the report from Scott Currie, Manager of Community Services, titled “Stephen Arena – status update on compressor, shell and tube chiller and surge drum” for information.

  • Recommendation:

    That the memo of D. Best Chief Administrative Officer dated November 30, 2020 regarding the COVID-19 Resilience Infrastructure Stream: Local Government Intake be received; and

    That Project 2021-RS-03 Replacement of the Tennis Courts be approved as the designated project for the COVID-19 Resilience Infrastructure Stream: Local Government Intake Notification; and

    That should the grant application not be successful for the COVID-19 Resilience Infrastructure Stream: Local Government Intake that Project 2021-RS-03 Replacement of the Tennis Courts still proceed; and

    That the project be funded from the Working Fund Reserve.

  • Recommendation:

    That the memo of D. Best, Chief Administrative Officer on behalf of the Special Purpose Committee– Wind Turbine Amenity Fund dated November 20, 2020 be received; and

    That the Special Purpose committee recommend to Council that $50,000 from the Amenity Fee reserve be allocated to the Centralia Community Park Amenities; and

    That the Special Purpose committee recommend to Council that $93,252.48 from the Amenity Fee reserve be allocated to Engineering and Construction costs on Corbett Line from Huron St to Highway 83;

    That the Special Purpose Committee recommend to Council that current year Amenity funds received, less funds committed by Resolution of Council, be held for consideration in the following fiscal year; and

    That the Special Purpose Committee recommend to Council that the current members be retained for the balance of the Council term to make recommendations to Council.   

  • Recommendation:

    That South Huron Committee of the Whole hereby adjourns at ______ p.m., to meet again on December 09, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. or at the Call of the Chair.
