• Recommendation:

  That South Huron Council received the report of R. Msuya-Collison, Director of Legislative Services/Clerk re Electronic Meetings During an Emergency; and

  That Council approve By-Law #20-2020 in the By-Law section of the agenda to amend Procedural By-Law #79-2015 to allow for electronic participation during an Emergency; and

  That South Huron Council authorize Council, Committee of Adjustment and Exeter BIA meetings to be held electronically.

By-Law 20-2020 - Amend Procedural By-Law 79-2015 (Electronic Participation Emergencies)

• Recommendation:

  That the South Huron Council gives first, second and third and final reading to By-Law #20-2020, being a By-law to amend Procedural By-Law #79-2015, being a By-Law to establish rules of procedure for the meetings of Council, Council Committees and Boards of the Corporation of the Municipality of South Huron.

• Recommendation:

  That the South Huron Council gives first, second and third and final reading to By-Law #21-2020, being a by-law to confirm matters addressed at the March 25, 2020 Emergency Council meeting.

  That South Huron Council hereby adjourns at ______ p.m., to meet again on April 6, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. or at the Call of the Chair.
