  • Recommendation:

    That South Huron Council adjourn at  p.m. for the purpose of a Public Meeting pursuant to the Planning Act for a proposed zoning amendment.

  • Recommendation:

    That South Huron Council approves the Agenda as presented.

  • Recommendation:

    That South Huron Council receives the delegation as presented from Christine Hoffman and Erin Schooley regarding Huron County Housing and Homelessness.

  • Recommendation:

    That South Huron Council receives the delegation as presented from Tridon Group regarding the Grand Bend Oakwood Meadows Subdivision.

  • Recommendation:

    That Council receives the report of M. Goss, Acting Manager re the Kirkton-Woodham parking lot capital project for information.

  • Recommendation:

    That South Huron Council receives the report of M. Goss, Acting Manager re award of tender for the Supply-Mix-Stockpile of Winter Sand; and

    That South Huron Council accept the tender received from the low bidder Bossen and McCann Inc. and authorize the award of a contract for the Supply of Winter Sand/Salt in the amount $24,929.00 excuding HST.

  • Recommendation:

    That South Huron Council receives the report of J. Becker, Emergency Services Manager/Fire Chief re Q3 for information.

  • Recommendation:

    That South Huron Council receives the report of R. Anstett, Human Resources Coordinator re Human Resources 2019-2020 Work Plan for information. 

  • Recommendation:

    That South Huron Council receives the report of R. Msuya-Collison, Director of Legislative Services/Clerk regarding Municipal Surplus Property – Tender Results be received; and

    That South Huron Council accept the tender received from the highest bidder and authorize the sale of the surplus property to Doug Jeffrey Construction in the amount of $181,500.00; and

    That South Huron Council authorize staff to proceed with ownership (title) change.

  • Recommendation:

    That South Huron Council receives the report of R. Msuya-Collison, Director of Legislative Services/Clerk re South Huron Municipal Fund; and

    That Council approves the agreement with the Grand Bend Community Foundation “in principle” as presented.

  • Recommendation:

    That the report of D. Best, Chief Administrative Officer dated November 4, Executive Summary be received; and

    That Council endorses the scope as presented in the Executive Summary.

  • Recommendation:

    That South Huron Council grant an exemption from Noise By-Law 30-2006 and 36-2004 for the Gables Holdings Inc. New Year's Event on Tuesday December 31, 2019 up to 2:00 a.m., January 1, 2020 to be held at the Grand Bend Motorplex; and

    That Council direct staff to provide a Letter of No Objection from the Municipality for the event.

  • Recommendation:

    That the South Huron Council gives first, second and third and final reading to By-Law #81-2019, being a by-law to amend By-Law #69-2018, being the Zoning By-Law for the Municipality of South Huron for lands known as CONC 3 PT Lot 15, Usborne Ward, Municipality of South Huron.

  • Recommendation:

    That the South Huron Council gives first, second and third and final reading to By-Law #82-2019, being a by-law to confirm matters addressed at the November 4, 2019 Public and Regular Council meeting.

  • Recommendation:

    That South Huron Council hereby adjourns at  p.m., to meet again on November 18, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. or at the Call of the Chair.
