  • Recommendation:

    That South Huron Council approves the Agenda as presented.

  • Recommendation:

    That South Huron Council receives the OPP Billing Model and Municipal Policing Cost Recovery delegation from the Ontario Provincial Police as presented by OPP A/S/Sgt Pete Marshall.

  • Recommendation:

    That the minutes of the following committees and / or boards be received as presented to Council:

    • Upper Thames River Conservation Authority - 2021 Draft Budget Update
    • Ausable Bayfield Conservation Authority - Draft 2021 Budget Package Municipality of South Huron
    • Grand Bend and Area Joint Sewage Board - December 13, 2019 Meeting Minutes
  • Recommendation:

    That South Huron Council receives the report from Dwayne McNab, Chief Building Official regarding Q3: Building Activity Report from July – September 2020 for information only.

  • Recommendation:

    That South Huron Council receives the report from R. Msuya-Collison, Director of Legislative Services re: Cemetery Master Plan RFP; and

    That South Huron Council authorizes the award of the Cemetery Master Plan to Hilton Landmarks (A Division of GSP Group).

  • Recommendation:

    That South Huron Council support the change of activities for 2020 to satisfy the terms of the Memorandum of Understanding.

  • Recommendation:

    That the South Huron Council gives first, second and third and final reading to By-Law #64-2020, being a by-law to confirm matters addressed at the November 02, 2020 Council meeting.

  • Recommendation:

    That South Huron Council hereby adjourns at ______ p.m., to meet again on November 16, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. or at the Call of the Chair.
